This policy is not a CASL cookie consent requirement. Cookie banners are not automatically required by CASL; however, if we send commercial electronic messages, CASL obligations apply.

If we send commercial electronic messages, we comply with CASL requirements, including consent where required and providing required identification and an unsubscribe mechanism.

• We provide a clear unsubscribe mechanism in each message where applicable.

We strive to ensure that our course/training marketing does not include materially false or misleading representations, including around outcomes, credentials, or regulatory updates.
